Question: Thanks for the information on the new Criminal Referral Form. It says we have to use "originals" for FinCEN. Can we scan the form into our computer and use it from there?
Answer: Nope. We called D.C. to ask if this was a possibility, and were told only the original form was to be used. However, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors is going to make a disk available "very soon", according to our source.
