Question: What are the requirements on withdrawing funds from an IRA?"

Answer: OK, Non-banker-We're glad to have you! You may start withdrawing from an IRA at age 59.5. If you choose, you may wait until age 70.5, but at that time you must withdraw no less than 20% annually.
