New FBI Terrorist Collector's Series

Matchbooks!
Yep. Matchbooks - bearing photographs and reward information about terrorists wanted by the FBI. A simple idea. Think about all of the places you've seen matchbooks lying around. Remember how many book, television and movie plots have featured a matchbook as the all-important clue?

This tactic could easily be expanded to target other offenders, too. Just think - a collector series of terrorists, bank robbers, check kiters. Where would it end? You can just hear the swapping going on. "I'll trade you a Willie Sutton for Jesse James and an option on a Charles Keating... "
