Banker For Hire

The World Bank (THE bank) recently reported firing an employee accused of embezzling several hundred thousand dollars. American authorities are also conducting a criminal investigation within the bank, whose primary purpose is serving the world's poor countries. The World Bank has refused to name the newly-unemployed person, who undoubtably has excellent banking skills. Of course, your bank has screening procedures in place to ensure that this person can't go to work for you - right?
