"Feature Reloadable" ATM Cards
Visa International now has a "feature reloadable" smart card, allowing customers in Hong Kong to add stored-value cash capability to their ATM smart cards. This smart card was introduced less than a year after Visa issued Prime Visa Cash, a card that cannot be replenished or reused. Now cardholders can use the new feature on their ATM card at any ATM displaying the Visa Cash logo, regardless of where they have their account.
Over 1,000 retailers in Hong Kong accept Visa Cash.
