Mall Replacement

There are about 16 million teens and younger, computer-literate kids now online, who may find an online replacement for the mall. ICanBuy.com and Iconomy.com have formed a company on the Web that allows kids, through Security First Network Bank, to set up accounts through which they can bank and shop safely on the Web. Parents set up the account by depositing money through their credit cards, approve the stores for shopping, and specify limits.
