For The New Accounts Desk
One way of verifying information when opening an account over the telephone may be the installation on the new accounts desk of a Truth Phone. Distributed by CCS International LTD., the Truth Phone combines a working telephone with voice stress analysis, or digital lie detection technology. Inaudible microtremors in the spoken voice will register and display numerically when detected from the vocal cords. These microtremors indicate stress and deceit. Conversations can also be recorded for later analysis
