Question: Is there any requirement anywhere that we have to have a time-in-time-out clock in the safe deposit area? We just hired a safe deposit person from another bank who says there is.
Answer: No, there is no official requirement, though your new hire's old bank may have required it as part of their policies and procedures. It's a good idea, though.
