Targeting Those on the Move
Bank One Corporation is targeting consumers caught in the complex task of moving from one location to another by offering a service via its Web site to help those customers.
Through MovingStation, a relocation company, the Bank One Web site will offer services such as:
- Two free market price estimates on their homes
- Advice and assistance from personal move coordinators and an interactive move-planning calendar.
- Weekly home-marketing reports, which include neighborhood home sales and listings and community information such as average home values and crime rates.
- A change-of-address service and discounted moving van rates.
