Automating The Case Management Process
Two banking technology companies are aiming to make financial institutions' detective work easier by combining their technologies to automate the collection and management of investigative information.
BANKdetect, which offers software designed to collect and analyze information on account activity, and Loss Control Solutions, which offers a case management system, have combined forces to offer a system that will capture evidence of suspicious activity and pass it directly to the case management process. Such a system eliminates the need to re-enter data in order to pass it through proper internal investigation systems or to report to the U.S. Treasury Department's financial enforcement network.
