Using Wireless for Employees
A forward-thinking mortgage company in Hawaii decided it made sense to use today's wireless technologies to put its highly mobile employees in touch with the information and people they need to conduct business. The work force of start-up company Hawaii HomeLoans equipped all of its sales force with wireless phones and hooked them up to the Internet so that they can access credit reports, process paperwork and get loan approvals using those phones.
