He Was Short-Changed!
In another robbery where the note specified exactly how much the robber wanted, the teller placed the amount in an envelope and handed it over. Evidently, after he left the bank, the robber counted the money in the envelope and found he had been short changed!
He returned to the bank to get the balance of what he had demanded and was immediately identified and arrested by the police who were there taking a report from the recently robbed teller.
