Wachovia was listed in the top 10 for best companies for working moms by Working Mother magazine. The magazines cited Wachovia as a best-in-class for the most family-friendly culture because of its management training on work/life issues and its elder-care resources. J.P. Morgan Chase made the top 100 best companies and was named best-in-class for compensation for women.
