If At First You Don't Succeed…
In November of last year Mike Mikitka, 35, held up 6 banks in one week around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In one robbery he used one of his starter kit checks to write the demand note! He was recognized, arrested, and sent to a drug rehabilitation facility while awaiting trial.
He escaped from there three days before Christmas, went back to the same National City bank he robbed before and tried it again!
He is now in jail awaiting trial.
