And Yet AGAIN!
This time in Virginia Beach - a man left a SunTrust Bank with a red cloud billowing from his trousers. As he was running, he threw down the bag he had stuffed into his pants, and police made full recovery of the dye-stained money - but lost track of the bank robber. They did, however, broadcast a full description. He shouldn't be too hard to identify for quite a while!
