An Expensive Binge
In Finland, three very inebriated men entered a bank, shouting they were bank robbers. One had a gun, and they said they wanted $80,000.The bank manager calmed them down, sat them down, and talked to them about taking out a loan - going so far as to give them $10 cash and make an appointment for them to come back in ten minutes to talk to the loan officer. They then left - peacefully.
They never came back - but they were arrested later, charged with attempted bank robbery, convicted, and are now serving jail time for their drunken spree.
