Pennsylvania State Bank, Camp Hill, was named one of the best places to work in Pennsylvania. It ranked first among medium-sized companies in the state.
The awards program is the first of its kind offered by a state as part of a public/private initiative to identify and recognize the best places of employment. Those companies that enter are evaluated for workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, and employees are surveyed about how they feel about their employers.
