Try, Try Again
Shawn Myers and his brother decided to steal an ATM in Wellsville, Pennsylvania. So they stole a pickup truck, and backed it through a plate glass window at a market, but couldn't get the ATM. A few days later they tried again, backing through the plywood covering the broken window. Still couldn't get it. Tried another farm store, got the ATM hitched to the back of the truck, but in pulling away, it skidded and hit a parked car and broke loose. They left it. A few nights later, with yet another stolen truck, they tried again. This time they got the ATM - but it was empty!
They told the judge they needed the cash to pay the court costs from the other cases and the stolen vehicle charges. They''ll have to try to earn the money while serving their 3 to 6 in state prison.
