Attracting the White Collar

As part of its commitment to the professional community, the Bank of New York has created a program designed to appeal to attorneys, certified public accountants and medical practitioners. The program offers those professionals a single source for banking with savings on products they use. For example, it includes free business and personal checking for life and waived fees for the bank's equipment leasing program and credit card processing, a 10 percent discount on payroll services and free direct deposit. Account holders get free online banking with bill pay, complimentary checks and discounted loans rates. The program is also designed to allow those practitioners to offer their own clients a wide range of benefits including free business checking for a year, free personal checking for two years and access to waived fees and discounts on equipment leasing and other banking services the original account holder has.
