A Streaker!
In Hollywood, Florida, a man robbed the Republic Bank, but the cash contained a dye pack. Knowing the red dye on his clothes would give him away, he took them off. Police, using dogs, found him - naked - covered with patches of red dye on his skin. He was arrested and taken for medical treatment.
