Supporting Twin Cities Groups
U.S. Bancorp, Minneapolis announced its support of 10 community groups in Minnesota that it feels play an important role in the Twin Cities area. The groups include organizations that: provide accessible living to the handicapped, affordable space to local artists, community reinvestment lending, neighborhood development, family and affordable housing, technical support to community development corporations, a new music center, and help for the hungry. The bank is giving over $500,000 in grants to these groups.
