Free Access to Benefits
U.S. Bank is helping California welfare residents stretch their benefits by waiving the non-account holder access fees at the bank's automated teller machines in that state. The bank has worked with the California Reinvestment Committee on the free access program, which was used by more than 3,000 people in the first month of its existence.
