Community Banks Can Offer Fee-Free ATMS

Community bankers now have the opportunity to offer free automated teller machine services to their bank customers across regional and state lines through access to America's largest surcharge-free network.
America's Community Bankers has joined with the Allpoint Network to offer ACB members access to the network's 30,000 ATMs. The program requires no new investment in technology or reissuance of cards - customers' current cards will work in any of the ATMs. Participating banks pay a one-time implementation fee and a fixed monthly fee based on the number of active cards. Allpoint also offers an online ATM locator for consumers.
