The OCC actually put out a notice that there really is no such Internet bank as the First National Bank of Bedrock - though there really is a Bedrock (population 10) in Colorado. Seems the web site offered deposit accounts, investments, and debit/credit cards. The OCC suspects it was simply a scam to obtain personal identification information. Wonder if the Board of Directors included Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble?
