Wild About Zoos
Home Street Bank in Seattle raised almost $50,000 in a program designed to benefit Northwest zoos. The bank set aside $10 for every new bank account, mortgage, loan, and insurance policy opened between May and July of 2004, which generated 4,873 accounts. The money will go towards programs for three of the area's zoos and aquariums.
