Banks are not the only organizations taking advantage of new developments in check imaging and automated teller machines. The University of Delaware is offering envelope-less depositing at ATMs. The school's machines will take one or more checks or a stack of cash, show an image of the deposit on the screen, then run off a receipt of the transactions. The machines also show students and other users a tally of deposited cash listed by denomination.
