The Bank of New York introduced a new account offering multiple benefits to customers who maintain an average combined balance of $75,000 in all their accounts with the bank. The account offers free online banking, free checks and incoming wire transfers, automatic approval for a gold debit card with higher daily withdrawal and purchase limits, the bank's highest yields on savings accounts and special loan discounts. The $75,000 balance can come from deposit balances or outstanding loan balances.
