Program Helps Relocated Service Personnel
U.S. Bank has a new program through its mortgage division that is aimed at helping military families who have had to move because family members have been assigned a new location. The U.S. Bank Homefront Mortgage Program is designed to provide those families financial counseling and assistance in buying a new home. U.S. Bank Home Mortgage also recently signed on with the Mortgage Bankers Association's Welcome Home Project, which trains returning bilingual solders and sailors in financial services with an ultimate goal of becoming bank employees.
