Touch-Screen Point-of-Sale
Automated teller machines are not the only place touch-screen technology is gaining in popularity - Moneris Solutions, InfoTouch Corporation and Merchant Partners recently joined forces to integrate their systems into a point-of-sale product for general retail use by retailers.
The system combines InfoTouch's windows-based touch screen software with Moneris' payment solutions. As part of the system, retailers will be able to accept electronic payments in real time through customers' credit and debit cards, as well as get real time inventory and other reports.
