2006 Federal Reserve Holidays
During 2006, the Federal Reserve Bank will be closed on all Saturdays and Sundays and the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday
Washington's Birthday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

January 16
February 20
May 29
July 4
September 4
October 9
November 11
November 23
December 25

Holiday Policy: For holidays falling on Saturday, Federal Reserve Banks and branches will be open the preceding Friday, however, the Board of Governors will be closed. For holidays falling on Sunday, all Federal Reserve offices will be closed the following Monday. The Board of Governors is closed November 10, 2006.
