This site is a consumer's guide to EVERYTHING! Visit this enormous collection of consumer brochures on everything from timeshare to burial vaults, with lots of titles devoted to consumer credit, mortgages, and investing.
These items are good basic training scripts for customer-contact employees and good public service pieces for customers of all kinds. Titles dealing with credit and mortgages might be just the CRA service you're looking for.
