FDIC Releases CRA Ratings
In it's September list, FDIC reported CRA ratings for 141 banks. The ratings were predominantly Satisfactory and Outstanding. Thirty-three banks were rated Outstanding. One was rated Needs to Improve. The rest were Satisfactory. Combined with the OCC's reports, the ratings tend to be high. This will probably lead to political pressure to lower ratings.
