HUD Median Family Income Figures Out

HUD has just released new median family income figures for MSAs. This information is available from HUD, on HUD's website (www.hud.gov) and from your regulatory agency. It is worth checking the numbers to update your lending information. The 1990 census data is now fairly stale and the HUD income may be important in explaining your lending record.
