Regulation B's Proposed Paperwork Burden

The FRB estimates only a slight increase in paperwork burden would result from the proposals to Regulation B. Additional burden would occur in the form of record retention, and collecting information on applicant characteristics for nonmortgage credit. If you disagree with the FRB's estimate, send a letter to Office of Management and Budget, Paperwork Reduction Project (7100-0201), Washington, D.C. 20503. Give OMB your estimates of any burden increase. In particular, comment on the burden you would expect from voluntary data collection.
