Consumer Complaint Policy
If you don't have a policy on how to handle consumer complaints, it would be a good idea to start working on one right now. How your institution responds to consumer complaints is a rising examiner question - and concern. If your institution needs additional motivation to give attention to this, the agencies will be releasing information about consumer complaints through the Freedom of Information process. Just imagine what an ambitious reporter could do!
