Small Banks for HMDA
Effective January 1, 2000, the asset size for determining exemptions from HMDA will be $30 million. Banks having assets equal to or less than $30 million are exempt from the data gathering and reporting requirements of HMDA. These banks remain subject to the information gathering requirements of Regulation B.
