CRA Ratings
OCC's CRA ratings were announced in mid-December. Of 40 evaluations, none were Substantial Non-compliance, one was Needs to Improve, five were Outstanding, and the remaining 34 were Satisfactory. While these ratings reflect much hard work on the part on the institutions, it is likely that consumer advocacy groups will see the rating curve as too high.
