Biometrics
One of the studies authorized by FACTA is a study of the use of biometrics to reduce identity theft. The responsibility for the study falls on the Secretary of Treasury who must report findings to Congress within 180 days of FACTA's enactment. It wouldn't hurt to start learning about biometrics before the study's results are in.
