ID Theft Notices
FACTA requires credit bureaus to act when a consumer alleges identity theft. When the consumer's information is filed with the bureau, the bureau will notify users of and providers of the information allegedly involved in the identity theft. When you get that information from the credit bureau, be ready to act on it.
