HUD Fair Housing Grants
HUD has awarded 121 fair housing grants that total $17.6 million. These grants are part of the Fair Housing Initiatives Program. The recipients will use the funds for both education and enforcement work. The recipients will address issues already familiar to financial institutions, including predatory lending, homeownership, housing-related discrimination, and housing issues for people with disabilities
