314(a) Call Report
Question: I know the FDIC is using call reports to identify the person to contact for 314(a). We are a Fed-member and have changed a contact on the call report but the information on the list is still coming to the old contact. What's going on?
Answer: At this point, the Federal Reserve System is not using the call report system to identify the contact person. The Fed has found that reports from holding companies and from foreign banks make this system difficult to manage. So for the present, the Fed is using the e-mail system. They may make that permanent unless they can come up with a better system.
