CRA and Democracy
Jack Kemp, keynote speaker at PCI's annual CRA and Fair Lending Colloquium, stated that CRA is the greatest democratizer the world has ever known. CRA, Kemp claims, is based on the key to change, growth and success: access to capital. This is a powerful, alternative way to think about CRA rather than as regulatory burden.
