"New" HMDA Tables
The Federal Reserve has published revised tables for HMDA reports. The changes are not dramatic. They account for the changes in data that institutions must report. The main changes are new tables that will show the new data elements being reported. These charts will show pricing information on owner-occupied dwellings, disposition of applications with pricing data, and loan pricing by type of loan. The pricing data is likely to be the hot item with consumer groups, so get a good handle on your pricing before the data is released.
