FinCEN's List
Banks in Latvia are not popular at FinCEN. In fact, FinCEN is worried about the services provided by some Latvian banks because those services may include money laundering. FinCEN has proposed regulations to restrict dealings with two Latvian banks. The proposals are available on FinCEN's web site.
