MSB Customers
If you have small business customers that may be MSBs under the current definition, you might consider including a statement stuffer to these customers that explains the MSB rules and how the customer might get more information. Direct potential MSBs to www.msb.gov, which is FinCEN's special website for money service businesses. This is a way of reaching and notifying your customers and being of service to your customer. And who knows, you might even get some credit under the CRA service test.
