HOEPA Index
The Federal Reserve has published its annual adjustment to the HOEPA trigger fee, the dollar amount that should be used in high-cost loan calculations. As of January 1, 2006, the fee trigger will be $528. If you are interested in measuring cost increases, the original figure was $400 back in 1994.
