Agencies Release CRA List
The revisions to CRA call for an agency list of distressed and underserved nonmetropolitan middle-income geographies. The agencies published the list on August 30, just in time for compliance with the CRA changes. The list is based on the area's unemployment rate, poverty rate, population loss, or negative migration. The list is the resource for identifying areas for CRA loans, investments and services that don't quite meet the income test.
