§314(a)?
Wondering why you haven't gotten a §314(a) query lately? You may be out of touch. Communication of the §314(a) list is now managed through the Internet at a secure site. Institutions must register at the site and check the site for §314(a) names. Examiners are finding that not all banks have done this. Failing to do so is a serious problem!
