OCC Increases Customer Service
OCC is taking steps to increase its service for bank customers. The call center, which currently operates for seven hours a day, will be gradually expanded to a 12 hour per day operation schedule. This will provide convenient service to all time zones. To achieve this, the OCC will be looking at services of private vendors to provide responses to basic calls such as requests for information.
