OCC's New Director of Community Development
E. Matthew Quigley is the OCC's new Director of Community Development. Quigley comes to the OCC from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where he managed the community affairs program for the FRB-Boston's region in New England. He also was a senior policy analyst in the bank. In addition to his regulatory background, Quigley has some hands-on experience working for the City of Philadelphia in several capacities related to economic development.
